About this app

AutoMe allows drivers in Israel to contact the driver/owner of the vehicle using the license plate number – quickly, simply and anonymously. If a vehicle has blocked you, you heard an alarm, noticed lights on or discovered a problem on the road – contact the driver with a click and help in real time, without looking for business cards on the windshield and without sharing unnecessary personal information.

Instantly contact the driver by license plate number (standard Israeli plate)

How does it work?
Enter license plate number → select “Send message” or “Contact driver” → write a short polite message → receive a notification when there is a response — in real time. You can optionally share your phone number to allow a callback.

Privacy and Security

Anonymous communication by default—you decide what to share and when

Your phone number is only disclosed if you choose to do so when contacting us

Data is stored in accordance with strict privacy procedures for the purpose of operating and improving the service

No ownership/registration data from the authorities is displayed—the service is intended to connect drivers only

Road etiquette (recommended)

Write politely and briefly (“Hello, it looks like the lights are on”)

Allow a reasonable time to respond

The goal is to help and facilitate, not argue

Requirements and miscellaneous

An internet connection and activation of notifications are required to receive a real-time response

Some of the information (such as charging stations/garages) is based on public sources and may be updated

Intended for drivers in Israel and supports Israeli license plates
