A convenient and intuitive mobile app specifically created for AutoMed Systems patients to create and manage their appointments.

Patients can search for their desired clinic registered with AutoMed Systems to make appointment.

Patients can view their appointment details, cancel appointments no longer required and make additional appointments all with the click of a few buttons.

Appointments are confirmed in real time with no further actions required.
Family Members can also be added.

The services, appointments, and times available on the app are those that your clinic has approved to make available online. If your appointment type is not visible, please contact your clinic directly during business hours to book.

Ratings and reviews

I find the AMSConnect is organised and user-friendly. This app is easy to use for single or face to face phone appointments. Everything is set out, showing all the doctors available, viewing your upcoming appointments, and the calendar being clear and easy to read. If for any reason you need to cancel an appointment as easy as booking, you get a notification via text letting you know you have cancelled the appointment. Saves time, available 24/7.

Pretty bad. So many screens and clicks required to make an appointment. My clinic has several locations, but you can't see availabilities across them - you have to go into each location then click through all the options to track down your preferred doctor and see if they have appointments free. Takes AGES. Also I've got caught out a few times trying to make same day appointments since the "next available appointment" can be on a different day depending on location. Better to just call.

This app is very handy for making and keeping track of upcoming appointments, however, it lacks the capacity to view previous appointments. Also, the "add to calendar" function doesn't let you choose which calendar app you would like to add the appointment to, which makes it very difficult when you have a calendar app dedicated to medical appointments and medications.
