The novel is starring Johnny, a promising charming throne with studies, aspirations and dreams, which were soon to be discouraged. Along with these, human relationships, hypocrisy and the accusative truth will also fade. The hero experiencing frustration and unfulfilled love for a woman will be isolated by seeking substance through a torturous introspection and self-criticism. In his new life, on the dark side of the city, he will acquire paradoxical friends and supporters: Giovanna, a mysterious elderly neighbor, Joe, a witty disabled beggar of the lanterns, and Yannakis, a lively five-year-old bobi. The accidental discovery of a hidden handwriting will bring the overturning as it will inspire an idea that will change society ...
