An unknown story by Hans Christian Andersen

His fairy tales are always there. The precious treasures that nobody carries in it. Tales that lead you by opening a different path. Outside the usual roads. It's strange, but I'm pretty much what I'm thanks to these Andersen tales, which with my Oscar Wilde are my favorite ...

Kostas Stoforos

Hans Christian Andersen was born on April 2, 1805, in Odense, on the Danube island of Phoenix. His father faded over time and worked a shoemaker to live his family. But, unable to withstand poverty, he died very young, leaving his son Hans orphan, with his mother for only a support.

Hans was a strange child with great imagination. Many times they saw him walking on the road like a dreamer and his mind had it nowhere else but in poems and reading. He tried unfairly to learn the art of his father. When he finished the school of needy children, he entered a shoemaker to learn art, but he did not even do it. His interest was won by the theater, where he captured entire scenes from the works he saw. When he was with his friends he liked to recite and sing. He was fourteen years old, when, by chasing a better fortune, he arrived in Copenhagen, with a fortune of 30 francs for himself to become an actor. He gave an exam at the Royal Theater of the Theater, but he was so ugly and weak that he did not accept it ...
