Dora Kassali lives and works in Thessaloniki. In 2010, the collection of short stories "On the Train" was released by Gavrielidis (a shortlist of "I read" in the category of the first-time writer). In November 2011, her novels "Kato" were released by the same editions. She is currently writing her second collection of short stories, which she hopes will be published in 2013. She keeps the column "Acoustic Telegraph" in webzine art, DU-ENETE.

This novel was written in 2007, alongside my first collection of short stories On Train (Gavrielidis, 2010) and is my first major attempt to write a more extensive composition. It carries the fragrance of her time and all the weaknesses, but also the enthusiasm of a prolethole.
