Constantly doesn't want to upload the videos I record for work when I'm working on the customer's car. I use an S23 Ultra with a good connection, and yet it still doesn't want to work properly. The app also freezes constantly. This app makes it almost impossible to inform the customer on what is going on with their car and explain why I'm recommending what I recommend. Please fix this because I noticed that my coworkers with iPhones have no problem or at least less than me.

anytime a picture/video is taken, once save button is pressed app restarts or asks to login again. regardless if I'm on wifi or cellular, media refuses to upload. I'm required to use this app for work but it never works. so I refuse to use it, the time it takes to upload one single picture vehicle is done and ready to go, not worth the hassle. I'm on Galaxy S26 Ultra.

after recent mandatory update the ro page comes up blank. as others said we are forced to use this app by the employer is there no testing that goes into this product? as a consumer if i wasnt forced to use this app i wouldnt and dont recommend this app to anyone
