About this app

The AutoNation Digital Experience App for Android allows AutoNation associates to manage customer communications on the go.

Associates can now message directly with customers through the app, through an official AutoNation phone number, as well as manage customer information such as Repair Orders & contact information.

The app also allows our technicians to upload pictures and videos from their multi point inspections, directly to Repair Orders, allowing Service Associates to send Additional Service Recommendations to customers complete with media and descriptions.

Constantly doesn't want to upload the videos I record for work when I'm working on the customer's car. I use an S23 Ultra with a good connection, and yet it still doesn't want to work properly. The app also freezes constantly. This app makes it almost impossible to inform the customer on what is going on with their car and explain why I'm recommending what I recommend. Please fix this because I noticed that my coworkers with iPhones have no problem or at least less than me.

horrible app. my work makes me use it and it's killing my efficiency as a flat rate mechanic. it takes up too much of my time and does not even work half of the time. I do see the value in the idea of this app but the execution is absolutely 100% horrible, I really don't think it could be worse. it's one thing when a regular app for entertainment or something along those lines doesn't work very well but this is people's lively hood they are messing with. it is literally costing me money to use.

I am using an android phone. Uploading videos on this app (both on mobile network and company WIFI) is very hard. Whenever the screen times out it haunts uploading. Resulting in the need to keep my screen on the whole time the video is uploading. How can we be expected to make a video of every car if uploading the video takes nearly 15 minutes every time?
