About this app

The AutoNation Digital Experience App for Android allows AutoNation associates to manage customer communications on the go.

Associates can now message directly with customers through the app, through an official AutoNation phone number, as well as manage customer information such as Repair Orders & contact information.

The app also allows our technicians to upload pictures and videos from their multi point inspections, directly to Repair Orders, allowing Service Associates to send Additional Service Recommendations to customers complete with media and descriptions.

Ratings and reviews

Every since the most recent update that was forced on us, it uploads half of the videos. The other half doesn't upload at all and just shows errors. IPhone users dont have this issue.

Absolute garbage. I can't even log in anymore, getting "Service Failure" messages on multiple devices.

takes too long or won't upload videos. hardly works with android. a little better with an old I pod. some days in between recordings it kicks you out and you have to start all over. very frustrating. not an Internet problem it's an app problem
