About this app

AutoNavi is an app exclusively for delivery riders that reads the order address from the delivery app and automatically connects it to the map app for directions. It eliminates the process of copying the address, pasting it into the map app, and pressing "find route," allowing you to focus solely on driving.

• Use with two phones: Connect a delivery app phone for viewing the delivery app and a navigation phone for viewing maps.

• Use with a single phone: Use both the delivery app and the map app on one phone.

■ Automatic Order Address Detection

• Automatically recognizes order addresses from Baemin Connect and Coupang Eats delivery partners.

• Detected addresses are sequentially recorded in the "Recently Detected Addresses" section on the home screen.

■ Automatic Guidance Start

• Opens the map app to the detected address and automatically executes the "Start Guidance" button.

• Supports Kakao Map, Naver Map, TMAP, and Kakao Navi (Select from apps installed on your phone).

• Select mode of transportation: Bike/Vehicle or Bicycle (Kakao Map for bicycle guidance).

■ No-touch Bluetooth Remote Control

• Accept and reject orders using a remote attached to the handlebars.

• Zoom in/out on the delivery app map and switch apps with a single button.

• Works with Baemin Connect and Coupang Eats delivery partners.

• Exclusive to paid plans; dedicated remotes are scheduled to be available after November.

■ Navigation Phone Connects Without Login

• Login is required only on the delivery app phone; the navigation phone... Connect without logging in
• Automatically finds nearby phones; complete the connection by verifying just a four-digit number
• If unable to find one nearby, connect using a six-digit connection code

■ Use with a single phone, even without a dedicated navigation phone
• Use immediately after logging in and preparing for a ride, without any connection process
• Detects delivery app orders and launches the map app on the same phone instantly

■ Bundle deliveries in one go
• Turn off automatic transmission, select addresses in the order they should be sent, and send them all at once
• Resend addresses you have already passed

■ Ride On/Off that only turns on while riding
• Switch to Off during breaks to prevent the map app from opening unnecessarily
• Set a riding time and it will automatically turn On only during that time

■ Ride history and delivery location ratings
• Check the number of rides, destinations, and distance traveled over the past 90 days
• Ratings, tags, and private memos for each delivery location
• Get a head start on new destinations by looking at ratings left by other riders

■ Pass plans to start easily
• AutoNavi Starter: 100 free address transmissions upon sign-up
• AutoNavi Pro: Unlimited address transmissions, 9,900 KRW per month or 99,000 KRW per year

• Invite a friend: Both receive 100 rewards when the invited friend successfully sends their first address.

• Transfer a Google subscription linked to another account to your current account (once every 30 days).

■ Account

• Google login is supported for new sign-ups. Existing Kakao members can continue using the service.

※ Accessibility Service (AccessibilityService API) Usage Guide

AutoNavi uses Android accessibility services to provide core features. Consent within the app alone does not enable this feature; users must manually enable it in their phone settings. Accessibility services are used only for the following purposes: 1) Verification of relevant text, such as the order address and store name, displayed on the delivery app screen

2) Verification of the "Start Directions/Guidance" button on the map app screen and automatic execution

3) Verification of the remaining distance displayed on the map app's navigation screen (distance display in the driving record)

4) If the Bluetooth remote control function is turned on, verification of button input from the registered remote to press buttons on the delivery app screen on its behalf and zoom in/out of the map

※ Data Collected and Processed

• Delivery order destination address and related screen text

• Device identification information, installed map app/delivery app information

• Login account identification information

• Address transmission, driving records, and subscription status information

Collected data is used only for address transmission, starting navigation, managing account/device connections, managing driving records and subscriptions, error checking, and customer support. Data exchanged with the server is protected via HTTPS/TLS and is not used for advertising or third-party sales.

※ Users may allow the following permissions for the smooth use of AutoNavi.

1. Required Permissions

1) Accessibility: Used for detecting order addresses and automatically starting map app navigation.

2. Optional Permissions

1) Notifications: Required to receive notifications such as connection drops, end of rides, and announcements.

2) Nearby Devices (Bluetooth): Used to find nearby phones when connecting the delivery app phone and the navigation phone.

3) Disable Battery Usage Limit: Used to maintain the connection even when the navigation phone's screen is turned off.

※ You can use the service even if you do not allow optional permissions.

※ Accessibility permissions can be disabled at any time via Phone Settings > Accessibility > Installed Apps > AutoNavi Accessibility Service.

※ AutoNavi is an automation tool that assists the official functions of the map app. Please observe road traffic laws and safety regulations while driving, and do not operate the screen while in motion.
