About this app
Fuel Pump Manager is the forecourt companion to Autonemo VMS Pro. It puts the pump attendant's whole shift on a phone, and posts every taka straight into the station's books.
WHAT IT DOES
Shift
Open a shift against your station and nozzles. Opening meter readings carry over from the last close, so there is nothing to copy by hand. At the end of the day enter the closing meters and the app works out what was sold, what was taken on credit, what went to card or mobile banking, what went into your own vehicles, and how much cash should therefore be in the drawer. Count the cash, and the short or over falls out on its own.
Selling
Sell fuel by taka or by litre — type either one and the app fills in the other at the current rate. Sell packaged and loose lubricants off the shelf with live stock, so the phone never offers a tin the station no longer has. Take payment as cash, credit, card, mobile banking, or book it against your own fleet.
No signal, no problem
A pump canopy is exactly where mobile data drops. A sale that cannot reach the server is written to the phone and sent when the signal returns, and the attendant is told plainly that it is queued rather than shown a success that never happened. Every queued sale carries its own id, so a retry can never bill a customer twice.
Credit
See who owes what, and take repayments on the spot. Collections land in the attendant's wallet and show up on the customer's ledger in the office immediately.
Cash you are holding
Every attendant has a wallet. The shift's cash lands in it at close, drawer expenses come out of it, and when the money goes to the office it is sent as a handover — with a photo of the deposit slip if your station requires one. The office receives it, and the balance clears.
Receipts
Print to a Bluetooth thermal printer, or share the slip as an image.
Bangla and English throughout, with adjustable text size for readers who need it.

Filling stations already running Autonemo VMS Pro. Your administrator creates the staff member and opens their wallet — that wallet is what grants access to this app, so there is one switch to give it and one to take it away. Without an account on a VMS Pro station, there is nothing to sign in to.
Everything the attendant records here appears in the office the moment it arrives: shift reconciliation, stock movement, customer ledgers and the general journal, all posted by the same rules the desk uses.

• Receipt language: choose English or Bangla in Settings → Receipt printer. Bangla prints the whole slip as an image, since thermal printers can't print Bangla as text.
