About this app

AutoReserve is a restaurant reservation platform that connects diners with over 2.6 million restaurants across 17 countries, including Japan, the United States, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, the Philippines and New Zealand. Since our launch in Japan in 2018, we have expanded across Asia, North America and Europe, supporting more than 1.5 million bookings so far.

Many popular places still only accept reservations by phone. With AutoReserve, our AI makes those calls for you, so you never have to pick up the phone yourself. Even if you submit a request after the restaurant has closed for the day, the AI automatically calls during the next business hours and tries to secure your table.

Ratings and reviews

It helps with reservations for restaurants that don't offer online booking, and for non Japanese speaking customers. Although the reservation fee is really high, and the deposits too - which is pretty confusing and makes me feel unsecured as it keeps saying it's charged on my card, and that is a large sum of money.

STEALS YOUR MONEY. Don't use this app! I turned up to my reservation on time, checked in, yet the app still charged the full cancellation fee from my bank account (¥10,000 at £56GBP). I have requested a refund and they have not responded.

Everything went fine with the reservation, but my deposit has not been refunded after showing up for my reservation. it's been 3 weeks since my reservation. I don't even know how to contact Autoreserve.
