This app is horrible, freezes often. My phone goes nuts when I open it. Wrong locations and supposedly we're connected to law enforcement locations. When they get it wrong they won't own up to it. I don't see how law enforcement continues to use this app. it's hard to get to a call on time when you can't get your phone to work let alone call someone to let them know you have a problem. All the companies using this app is having issues.

Well all the problems have been covered already but here we go again... I'm constantly getting calls and texts from my boss to refresh the app because the GPS doesn't work on the app, I had to reinstall the app after they updated it, they constantly change the name of the app so I never know what app name I'm looking for, it beeps at you reminding that you have 10 minutes to get to your call as if we don't already know, not to mention that I can't dismiss notifications 85% of the time.

Absolutely terrible application constantly lags out and freezes my phone and quits responding. It won't even load calls anymore. The picture notification sound is broken and doesn't not stop even when the app is force closed its randomly goes off Ann day and night and considering I need this app for my job I can't Uninstaller it. Fire the developer or whoever is in charge and fix the damn app. I have a Samsung s21 ultra so it's not the phones fault.
