Yes you pay a small fee. You can find free apps over driving school, are a lot out there. But the app works very good. Thanks

This app is discriminatory for an ethnic group. Why? For Macedonians is free of charge whereas for Albanians cost around 1 € /monthly. I will report to Google Play and, if needed, to the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights.
