Is there any benefit to have every checked in vehicle pop up and block half the screen? In a busy, quick service type of shop that has adopted this lengthy check-in routine, every second counts. Yet every day, multiple times a day, I have to dismiss all the vehicle banners. Also, the VIN scanner works about 40% of the time. When it takes its time and then scans wrong, I then have to delete all the 10 or so characters it thought was a VIN, and then start over and manually enter it. Time lost.

This is a good app, but it has a few shortcomings. I would love to see a portrait or "vertical" mode for the app because using a tablet or phone in landscape is cumbersome. Another quality life improvement I would like to see would be photo aspect ratios. Lastly, it would also be a huge improvement if the technicians had the ability to crop and rotate images during their inspections instead of forcing the app administrator to do everything in the backend. That aside, the app is stable.

App works, but it's better on the iPhone waiting for an update but never comes. Sometimes camera is stretched when you go o take a photo other small annoying bugs that don't seem to happen when I use the apple version. Would rather use my phone than the work phone as it is older and slow. Thanks.
