In case you do not get an OTP, kindly subscribe to receive SMS from AutoXpress and the OTP should come through. For Kenyan customers - if you have a Safaricom line, dial *456#, press 9, 5, 5 then request the OTP. For Airtel, dial *100#, go to 'manage my account', then 'activate promotional SMS'.
