What you can do
• Build your question bank with expected answers, severity, and alert teams
• Schedule by layer: L1 every shift, L2 weekly, L3 monthly
• Walk audits one question at a time, with optional photos, part number, and operator name
• Open findings on failures with Open → Contained → Closed, notes required
• See done vs missed, coverage gaps, and recurring issues
