About this app

Avament Days is the daily site-reporting companion to the Avament Days web app
— the same backend, the same data model, the same flow, in your pocket.

Built for site supervisors, foremen, and project managers who need to capture
what actually happened on site every single day, without fighting paperwork.

WHAT YOU GET

• Weekly calendar at a glance
Browse every week of the year as a clean horizontal grid. Days with a
filed report are highlighted in blue with a checkmark; holidays show a
coffee icon; days before the project start are locked. Search by date or
month, filter by reported / open weeks, and jump across years with one tap.

• Workspace + project switching
Belong to more than one company? Switch workspaces directly from the
sidebar — every workspace you have access to is listed and one tap is all
it takes. Inside a workspace, pick from any project you’re permissioned on.

• Rich daily reports
Each day opens a full editor with seven sections that mirror the web
app one-for-one:
- Weather: condition, temperature, humidity, wind, notes — manual or
auto-fetched from the server when available.
- Employees: pick from the project roster, set role, from/to times.
- Companies on site: pick from project companies, log worker count,
notes, and attach up to 30 photos per row.
- Machines: pick from the project catalogue or create a new machine
inline. Log usage hours and notes.
- Materials: free-text material name, quantity, unit, notes.
- Exceptional events: describe what happened and attach photos.
- General photos: site-wide images not tied to any specific row.

• Holiday toggle + copy from previous day
Mark any day as a holiday in one tap. Or copy yesterday's report forward
if today looked the same — no retyping.

• Autosave that just works
Every change is debounced and saved silently in the background. A status
chip in the header tells you whether you’re saved, saving, or retrying.
No "save" button to forget.

• Photo capture from camera or gallery
Take a photo on site or pull one from your gallery — images are compressed
on-device, uploaded straight to the day report, and rendered with a
cached signed URL so the gallery loads instantly on the next open.

• Light, dark, and system theme
• English and Arabic (with RTL layout)
• Profile, theme, and language all live in a clean Settings screen

WHO IT’S FOR

This is not a generic notes app. It’s a focused site-reporting tool for
construction teams using Avament’s back office — meaning your reports flow
straight into the same database the office sees on web, the same PDFs your
client receives, the same audit trail your QA team relies on. No syncing
exports, no double entry.

WHAT YOU NEED

• An active Avament workspace and at least one project you’re assigned to.
• Camera and storage permissions to attach photos.
• An internet connection (offline reading and editing arrives in a future
release).

PRIVACY

Avament Days only talks to your Avament backend. We don’t sell, share, or
analyse your data. Photos and reports stay under your workspace’s access
control — exactly the same permissions you already manage on web.
