While I do like this app, I always felt the $9.99 per month price was a bit steep. Then I received the notification that the price would be increasing to $29.99 per month. I can't justify paying that amount. At $5 per month, I'd probably keep the subscription year round whether I was actively studying or not. At $10 per month, I would just start/stop the subscription as needed when actively studying. At $30 per month, I will find a new way to study.

Hello! Pricing a product is not an exact science - there will always be some potential users who find the price to be too high. The vast majority of our users find the app to be an extremely good value. Such advancement leads to increased income, so we believe that many consider the purchase to be an investment that eventually pays for itself.

Money hungry. I shouldn't have to go digging to find they require two subscriptions that cost over $90 each in order to use on windows and mobile. On the website its missleading when it says "Upgrades to the version you purchase, however, will be free of charge" as it makes it seem like they'll upgrade you if you had a subscription. You also need to buy the tests separately so I suggest looking for other ways to run them.

I too fell for the thought of this being included in the ridiculously over priced desktop software. They even include the mobile photo in the subscription, just to trick you. The support team was rude in my email while trying to find this out and if you open the desktop software once, you lose your refund even if subbed for months. I'll use the desktop software to get what I need and move on. I will not be a return customer.
