- Installations can now complete when the AMA Backend name cannot be resolved behind a terminal, by falling back to the backend hosts directly
- While commissioning waits for the AMA Backend, the screen now says whether the terminal has no internet yet (normal, and worth waiting for) or the backend address cannot be resolved (waiting will not help)
