AgoraCheck-in is the on-site host application for any event organizer, which records the arrival of participants to the event and / or sub-events. The application is linked to the AgoraEvent registration management platform, and in this sense, the status of the participant is updated automatically in both solutions.

OPERATION:

The organizer, after selecting the event of his choice (multi-event management), will have the opportunity to:

    • Create a personalized e-ticket including a QR code.

    • Scan, with his collaborators, the entries and exits of his guests and be notified when a person has already been scanned or his ticket is invalid.

    • Have an overview of the guests who have been in, out of, and expected from the main event but also from their activities / sub-events.

    • Search for a guest by name, status or category.

    • Access a participant's card to view contact information and the entry and exit schedule of the main event and sub-events. He will also have visibility on the guests who are attached to him: the person who invited him and / or the people he himself invited.

    • Register and create a participant on the day of the event.

    • Print an e-ticket directly from the application.

Any operation can be done in online or offline mode. The data update will be done with an internet connection.
