Ratings and reviews

Although I can log in, the app interface lacks professionalism and isn't user-friendly. A major issue is the inability to view more than 2 beneficiaries due to the lack of a scroll option. This hampers transfers unless you remember the nickname of the third beneficiary. Please address this by adding a scroll bar.

Finger print recognition doesn't work on this version on s9 plus. ,......................... I made a review back in 2020. Now I am doing another review on 27 march 2024. Back in 2020 I gave them 2 stars hoping they will improve. Now I am giving 1 star and wish google had minus star rating as I would have given them. Using Samsung s23 ultra. Trying to add beneficiary feom last 1 week. The app crashes. And has a bug. What an absolute jokers. Can't wait to change my bank soon انشاءاللہ

I am suffering from this app. Extremely unreliable. I was facilitated with this app only for few months properly. From three years I am facing the error 'NO DATA FOUND' during funds transfer. Felt embarrassing when purchasing from super store and card doesn't work. Help line never accept their failure.
