Ratings and reviews

Although I can log in, the app interface lacks professionalism and isn't user-friendly. A major issue is the inability to view more than 2 beneficiaries due to the lack of a scroll option. This hampers transfers unless you remember the nickname of the third beneficiary. Please address this by adding a scroll bar.

I am suffering from this app. Extremely unreliable. I was facilitated with this app only for few months properly. From three years I am facing the error 'NO DATA FOUND' during funds transfer. Felt embarrassing when purchasing from super store and card doesn't work. Help line never accept their failure.

Worst app. I can't receive OTP, notifications are permenantly blocked. When contact to support team on whatsapp chat, two of their representatives were not helpful at all. One was Saima butt other was Dua. I have to take their names because of irresponsive behaviour as I am facing this issue since 10 days. I kept asking questions but none of them responded. No proper guidance. I am literally fed up. Is there anyone who can help me out with this issue. I have to make transactions.
