Ratings and reviews

The app had some issues, but after the recent update its kinda useless to me. They have removed the option to make online transactions without adding beneficiary. So every time I have to send some1 money, I'll have to add the person to my benf. list and then make the transfer, which, in my opinion is a waste of time. I would recommend rolling back to the last update and fix other glitches.

Worst ever Banking application I have ever seen in my life. Its rigged slow and hell of inconsistent. The same screen where it has been showing transfer option to transfer funds or payment to non beneficiary forever suddenly its gone and now have to add everyone as a beneficiary even an unknown shopkeeper. Just dont want to go into other details. Seriously thinking about to open my account to some other bank which has better support and user experience to offer.

Still very unhappy, you are forced to install mobile app just to send funds, that's a shame. Before it was a App crashing problem when I click on Lpgin button, poor quality, now it forces to give permissions to make calls and videos. 3rd class App experience. It dont let me access my account. I would have given a 0 if possible. Deleted and reinstalled many times.
