I'm sick and tired of this app now. I didn't even update the app and then suddenly when I try to open an e-commerce for my debit card it consistently shows an error which is "001". I mean what the hell is this. How can someone who is non technical understand this error!!! since day one this bank especially the mobile app has been a headache, I can't even schedule my payments whenever I want. This is ridiculous!!

Very Disappointing Statement Feature Habib Metro Bank mobile app is very poor in terms of transparency. The biggest issue is that bank statement does NOT show running balance after each transaction. Only debit and credit entries are shown, but no balance after transaction, which makes it impossible to track money properly. This is hands down the most pathetic banking app I have ever used. I strongly recommend avoiding this app and this bank entirely. After switching phones, I needed to reset my password, and the experience was a nightmare. I tried resetting it five times, and every single time the OTP was rejected as 'invalid,' even when it was auto-filled or manually typed correctly. The technical incompetence here is staggering.This app is riddled with bugs and is a total embarrassment to the bank.
