Such a pathetic app, extremely poor UI/UX. unexpected bugs, I have to send money but in payment and transfer page it just shows an option for Raast Id management and even in add beneficiary page also. Developers should be immediately fired from the company, and they need to redesign the app from scratch ensuring smooth user experience with good capable team.

After updating the application not working properly. screenshot not working. Application length up the mobile screen. we can't save payment proof. bad update

I am the customer since the bank's name was arif habib. in start they provide very good service even though their name is summit bank. now its the digital era branch banking is very less. app I am using sorry to say its pathetic whenever I logged in they show password change option when its changed they say invalid password. logged in through finger it again shows pop up message change the password o bhai itnay password kahan sy lae i uninstall the app abd soon account also deactivated
