One of the worst banks. I heard Zardari owns this so you can imagine the main purpose. Only bank I know which doesn't show you your remaining balance at ATM. Password reset every month is a nightmare. Most of the times it simply doesn't work at markets. I was charged twice and haven't been returned and it's over a month. You can't do online payments! How many more disadvantages you want.

I’ve never had such a bad experience with any bank. Bank Mukarram’s service is extremely poor. The app rarely logs in, no matter how many times we reinstall it or change the password. Their helpline is unhelpful, and the branch staff also provide no support. We are forced to use this bank only because our salaries are deposited here. Very disappointing experience.

Worst App, ATM & Online Mobile/Internet Banking Services. Very long process for transactions and if it's non beneficiary then you must be free for 2-3 hours or more because you have to enter OTP which you will not receive in time. If a beneficiary is added in list and you want to remove it then delete option also does not work. If you want to activate your debit card from ATM, you will not get OTP within time limit and ATM session expires. It should be convenient and easy to use not a headache.
