One of the worst banks. I heard Zardari owns this so you can imagine the main purpose. Only bank I know which doesn't show you your remaining balance at ATM. Password reset every month is a nightmare. Most of the times it simply doesn't work at markets. I was charged twice and haven't been returned and it's over a month. You can't do online payments! How many more disadvantages you want.

Very disappointing experience. My account was dormant, and I never received any communication,no calls, messages, emails, or letters about service charges or dues. When I visited the branch, I was told to activate my account to withdraw my money. I followed the process and reactivated it successfully. Worst App, ATM & Online Mobile/Internet Banking Services. Very long process for transactions and if it's non beneficiary then you must be free for 2-3 hours or more because you have to enter OTP which you will not receive in time. If a beneficiary is added in list and you want to remove it then delete option also does not work. If you want to activate your debit card from ATM, you will not get OTP within time limit and ATM session expires. It should be convenient and easy to use not a headache.
