ONE of the worse and pathettic mobile banking app. 99/100 times app is not working, unbale to fethch beneficiary , unable to transfer funds, and i logged in the app at 10AM but i am getting SMS at 11PM. what is this. And why force us to add beneficiaries? Other banks let you transfer directly, it's much faster! BML developers and management, please take a look at how other banking apps work and give us a decent app! Seriously, this is the worst app on the Play Store!

Award winning service for being the worst. App is mostly unavailable so is the ATMs. It's like your money is not in a bank but in a jail. You can take out statements, OTP takes ages to generate and session expires. Customer support picks up call and you know more then the support reps so calling them is not helpful as well. If you need to make someone's life miserable, open their account with this bank.

Very slow,I tried many times to log in but failed. Called 4 times help line and every time rep. advised me other options but still facing the same problem.
