terrible banking experience. funds get debited from account but never transferred to other account. the money dissappears. it seems the app is only good to debit funds!

Very bad app, no error explanation, whatever you type, it always says error occurred during user validation, what does this mean, there should be at least a little explanation to guide the to what went wrong. Little to no regard to user experience.

I live in Canada, and I have been carrying out transactions online through internet banking. I had a few issues with online banking, like late receiving of OTP and not being able to add beneficiaries. Now the management headed by Mr. Zargham has resolved all the issues, and now I am glad that I have an account with an excellent bank where management looks after customers very well.
