worse app experiences. wrote many emails but got no response. support team seams to sleep. when 100+ reports the same issues I think development team should fix it still everyone is facing same issues that that are not able to claim their diamond and issue is same for everyone app say you have not subscribed to the package but I have do it twice, already tried app web everything please try to fix it ASAP.

Literally the worst app ever. I subscribed the monthly free fire package but when I tried to claim the diamonds by clicking on the link it says you haven't subscribed the package and it didn't give me voucher code for claiming my diamonds.
