It's been really bad in all different aspects . The system did work at one time in two other vehicles. I have moved the system and the auto dealership helped to get it installed properly. AVAS support is atrocious at getting anything done. I have reached out many times with maybe an answer, but can never speak to anyone. The GPS is never accurate, and the vehicle could be somewhere else and still showing that it's parked in my garage. I would rate a zero at this point. Go with ONSTAR !!

Has not worked properly since day 1. Also, customers' support response of 24 to 48 hours is much too long for what the product is being marketed. Okay, bought the truck 9/20/2024 one month ago, I went back to the dealership twice, 1st a reset, and still not working properly, 2nd a device replacement worked for about a week and once aging doing the same thing. Not tracking, showing power disconnected. This device is not worth the add-on cost at the dealer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND,LACK OF SUPPORT.

When it works, it is cool to use. But very buggy. When i log un, it doesn't always show where my car is. And the find location button goes away. Map shows up in a place in Africa. Edit: Changed from 2 to 1 star. Now I am getting 4 emails when I actually do leave a zone. But I am also getting alert emails on the days I don't drive my vehicle.
