The app was never very responsive. But since the last update you are forced to see ads every time you open the app. Since the ads are positioned in the middle of the screen, where the device control panel used to be, you now have to scroll down those ads to reach the devices you want to access, which makes the app very annoying to use. There is no way to turn the ads off.

Needing to update this application that applies to Light Bulbs, I'm able individually use the bulbs to use "music sync" but not multiple lights under one device. Having the "music sync" react to a specific frequency range so it's better attuned to specific songs would be more ideal than random scattering of lights (being able to select kick drums (40-100Hz) as the changing effect, same then for mids or highs). A nice "breathing" effect, or glow rather than flickering would be great too.

Fairly good app for my bedroom light. The bulb itself often goes doolally however and I have to set it up again. No idea why it does it, but it'll work fine for a few weeks, then it'll start flashing for no reason, meaning I've got to go through the set up process again. Kinda a pain, but the app is not the issue, it's the bulb. I had one in the lounge too but I took that one out as it would always go haywire when I most needed the "big light" on.
