I hope you never need to get your money out of this app. Trying to withdraw my funds has been the most nonsensical experience of my life. Withdrawal failed twice(took 3 weeks just to fail twice) then tried again and put in a wrong letter in my bank swift code but there is no way to cancel the Withdrawal according to customer service. Now I have to wait 5-10 days just to try again because there's no information verification screen after you enter all your details. Never using this again.

Good service overall, but there are some drawbacks: In the crypto section I am pretty disappointed about the high spreads and they are affecting a lot my trades because when you place a "buy only of rate is order" sometimes you don't get filled even if the price arrived at the limit due to the high spread. And this didn't happen once but multiple times!! I can't support passing those opportunities anymore and because of this I missed tons of profits. Waiting to see some improvements soon.

This is the most irritating trading app I have found so far. Never logins(pasword) in the first step. I always get error G092. Immediately logins if I try for the second time. Always asks me to setup pin and biometric. If you go to app and do not login with biometric, it assumes there is no biometric and will ask to enter password and setup pin and biometric.
