Avaya Workplace™ integrates your Android device with your office Avaya Aura® communications environment and delivers mobile voice & video VoIP calling, cellular call integration, rich conferencing, instant messaging, presence, visual voicemail, corporate directory access and enterprise call logs.

• VoIP calls – Lower your mobile service charges by making VoIP calls over Wi-Fi or mobile data networks
• Conceal Your Mobile Phone Number - Calls made with Avaya Workplace™ are handled by your office communication system and will display your office calling line ID, not your mobile phone number

If this wasn't required for my job, I would never use it again. It's perfect for my needs when it works, but there are errors so often that I have had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times a day. Sometimes everything looks fine in app, but no features will work, and sometimes everything is fine when there's an error alert. It's a dice roll every day.

Constant issues with this app. I use this for work purposes, and there's always a problem. There was a period of weeks where I could not connect my bluetooth headset with the app. That bug was fixed, but now the app constantly disconnects my bluetooth headset from it and the people on the other line are complaining that they can't hear me. I've tried 3 different bluetooth headsets, and all 3 have the same issues with being disconnected. I'd rather go back to using a Google voice number.

IF it works it's very helpful. My problem is that I have to Uninstall and reinstall each day that I want to use it. Running app on Android. If I try to open the app it flashes up real quick and is crashes immediately. I can force quit but that doesn't help in trying to open the app. Only thing that works is a reinstall.
