Was told if you have a 700+ credit score you get 5$ dunkin every week. Took forever to finally verify my credit score. then asked for my plaid login to a bank account to confirm I make more than 100$. Fine. I add my card then it says I need to keep adding cards. Just wants to get all my information why do you need this when you can already see my revolving credit to know I make more than 100$. Don't give your information away can't even confirm they will give you the reward after providing.

When I signed up for an account the promotion indicated that I would get a free drink on a regular basis. I have high credit, own a home, and connected an account to Aven and still was just on the "waiting list" for the promotion. I thought that I might need to keep checking in for a period of time before the promotion kicks in. I waited nine weeks, regularly checking in, such that I got to "gold status", and yet the promotion was still never fulfilled.

NO SUPPORT!! They will not fix any issues with this app. Off by more than $1 million dollars. Unable to link some of my bigger bank accounts and mortgage broker sites. Also, I own multiple homes and the home value shown is missing a couple zeros on the end. All other apps and websites are able to pull in the correct data, not sure what the issue is with this app
