About this app

Turn an event date into a clear, practical plan. Avenora Event Planner brings checklists, deadlines, progress tracking, reminders, and event-day tasks into one calm workspace.

Start with a built-in template for conferences, workshops, seminars, networking events, exhibitions, or product launches, or create a custom event. Suggested sections and deadlines give you a useful starting point, and every task can be adapted to the way you work.

Plan and organize

• Create draft or active events
• Organize tasks into clear planning sections
• Set priorities, statuses, due dates, and notes
• Search and filter events by name, venue, or type
• Duplicate an event and shift its deadlines to a new date

Stay ready

• Track progress with a readiness score based on your checklist
• See overdue, upcoming, event-day, and no-deadline work in one timeline
• Enable optional local reminders for tasks and event countdowns
• Use Event Day mode as a focused run of show
• Record final notes and unfinished work in the event summary

Private by design

Your events, venue details, budgets, tasks, and notes stay in Android's private app storage. The app has no account, advertising, analytics, or developer-operated cloud service. Optional reminders are generated locally on your device after you enable them. Android backup or device-transfer services may copy local data according to your device settings.

Avenora Event Planner is a planning aid, not legal, safety, or professional advice. Confirm venue, licensing, safety, and accessibility requirements with the relevant providers and local authorities.
