This "business" doesn't look legit, or at least is very unprofessional. This is coming from someone who was trying to enroll as a driver. The app keeps crashing, so I called them and the phone number was disconnected or invalid. They won't reply emails, and will ignore you on their social media platforms.The worst part is that if you visit their physical office (which is in a very sketchy neighborhood btw), the security guards won't have any idea of what you're looking for. This is shady.

The app charged 60% more money than it had estimated and the company refuses to give any of it back. They ignore your emails. Update: Ok, so they continue refusing to acknowledge anything happened. It's app showed a dramatically incorrect estimate and they offer no other explanation other than "that is the tariff". They ignore emails for days and don't answers complains on conductor's behavior. I'm gonna proceed filing a full refund with the bank, change app and have all my friends change apps.
