About this app

Avero connects people who need a car with people whose car is sitting idle.
No counters, no lines: find a car near you, agree on the dates with its owner, and go.
IF YOU'RE RENTING
· Search by make, model, year or engine type, and see how far each car is.
· Clear pricing up front: you see the total before you request, with multi-day discounts already applied.
· Pay by card inside the app. Your money doesn't reach the host until the rental is completed. Cancel within 6 hours of paying and you get everything back, our commission included, automatically and from the app itself. After those 6 hours the refund is partial, and the app shows you the amount before you confirm.
· Once the host accepts your request, the in-app chat opens and you can message them without leaving the app.
· Sign the digital contract and document the car's condition with photos at pickup and at return. If anything comes up, both sides have proof.
IF YOU'RE LISTING YOUR CAR
· List it in a few minutes: photos, documents, and the days you want it available. Avero sets the daily rate for you, based on its category, age and power — no price guessing.
· You choose who drives it. Before accepting, you can review the requester's driver's license, their selfie holding it and their proof of insurance.
· You keep 85% of every rental. Avero's 15% covers payment processing and support.
· Your 85% is released a few business days after check-out and reaches your bank on Stripe's next scheduled payout — no chasing anyone.
· Avero applies automatic long-rental discounts, up to 20%.
TRUST, SPECIFICALLY
· We verify every host by hand, one by one, before their car can go live: government ID, registration and insurance.
· On each request, the host reviews the renter's license, selfie and proof of insurance before accepting, and loses access to those documents once they answer.
· Every rental has a digital contract, timestamped server-side.
· Check-in requires photos; check-out requires photos and confirmation from both parties.
· You can report or block any user from the car listing, the rental chat or the rental card. Blocking hides their cars from you and stops either of you from starting a new rental with the other. If you have a rental in progress the chat stays open on purpose, so you can coordinate returning the car. Review and undo your blocks in Profile > Blocked users.
· Both sides can leave a review when the rental ends.
