The application saved my birth time as AM instead of PM but showed the correct time on my end. Last night I had gone into the info page on the app by accident instead of the query page so I had to save my info to exit the screen. Without touching anything else. Then the next question I asked and I was told my birth time was changed. So I contacted customer service where the guy basically argued with me that its not possible for the app to glitch. (Even though my birth time clearly didn't save on their end properly the first time). Then he pretty much told me I'm not telling the truth. But, I wouldn't have paid a bunch of money to ask questions if without examining my entered birth details first (who would?). So I asked if the previous answers would be off and he confirmed that the most likely are. He refuses to rectify the situation because he states it's not their fault. I will not be using this app again. Strictly because of how terribly this was handled.

Inspite of repeated reminders to the customer support even there is no reply. My paid query is not answered even after 24 hours. It's repeatedly showing error. Even now the app is not able to be opened. I had asked the query with the weekend offer. But not getting any response. Kindly reply. It's not good It's very disappointing to not get any reply. It's urged to look into the matter urgently

Worst app. I gave 5 stars previously but recently they are cheating in the name of 1 plus 1 free weekend offer they make you pay for query then question just disappears and when you contact customer support they credit 1 free query for money you paid thats it you never get that free query in offer. This has happened to me 2 weeks in row. I contacted customer care for another free query as I paid during offer but never got one so I feel cheated. Really pathetic. I am deleting the app
