Ratings and reviews

I tried the free trial & was willing to purchase. The app acted like location data was optional but doesn't ask for a zip code & randomly assigned a location to be the focus for weather. I could search for a new location but I could not change my pinned home location. Widget affected too. I submitted a request for help & did not receive word back before the trial ended. Granted, this was a weekend period; in that case they should offer a 7 day trial to give themselves time to resolve issues.

The problem is that every app now wants a subscription and the shear volume of apps available is getting people in financial trouble. I respect the fact that sometime had to create this weather app but, I only really need it occasionally when there is threatening weather. I cannot justify $5/mon for every app. All these subscriptions add up. It's nice to have but, there needs to be a one time buy so not to get upside down when food or fuel prices surge.

VERY DISSATISFIED. I am not getting lightning alerts and the weather is inaccurate. I signed up expecting I could cancel within the first week or even with the first month. However, if you sign on for a year you are stuck with the subscription. I highly depend on ACCURATE weather data since I volunteer on the beach and I need weather updates.
