About this app

Crew Crew is a schedule diary for airline crews.

Simply capture and upload your work schedule, and the calendar fills up. It automatically organizes flight numbers, routes, show-up times, and even layover hotels. You do not need to log in to or link with the company system; you use only photos you have taken yourself.

■ One Work Schedule Is All You Need

· Upload a photo and your entire month's schedule appears directly on the calendar.

· Recognizes flight number, route, show-up, aircraft type, and even layover hotels.

· Airport codes are converted to city names for display (e.g., ICN-NRT → Tokyo Narita).

· You can manually correct one or two changes by tapping the date.

· Tap the month name to go directly to your desired month, or return via the "Today" button.

■ Home Screen Widget

· Your next shift and this month's calendar are displayed on your home screen without opening the app.

· It displays exactly the same way even offline (onboard).

■ Layovers, Get Prepared in Advance

· Arrival city time difference, current weather, and exchange rates at a glance.

· Includes METAR and TAF aviation weather (for reference).

· Hotel names are automatically generated from the work schedule.

■ My Notes — Your Own Briefing Memos

· Leave notes by aircraft type or airport, and they will automatically appear when you open the schedule for that day.

· You can write down items to pack for each date and decorate your calendar by attaching a photo.

· Automatically tallies total flight hours, PIC/SIC, and hours for the last 12 months and 90 days.

· 90-day takeoff/landing currency — we notify you in advance when it will drop.

· Crew hour limit monitor (28 days/365 days).

· Export to ICAO Logbook PDF, Flight Experience Certificate, or company application forms.

· Upload photos, PDFs, or Excel files of your company's Flight Log Report to fill in your past records.

■ Lounge

· Anonymous interaction with colleagues in the same job category. It is a space for chatting.

· If you verify your company email, a channel accessible only to your company's crew opens.

· You can report offensive posts or block the user.

· If there is a flight tomorrow, we will send you a notification the evening before.

· You can automatically sync with Google or Apple Calendars.

· You can create and share this month's schedule as an image.

· You can choose from 9 screen colors.

· Crew Crew is not an official service of any specific airline and is not affiliated with or integrated with any airline.

· It does not sync in real-time with your company's schedule system. If your schedule changes, please re-upload it or edit it manually. You must verify your actual work schedule based on your affiliated company's official system.

· External information such as aviation weather and exchange rates is for reference only. Please base your flight decisions on the company's official briefing.

· Original uploaded images are discarded immediately after recognition and are not stored on the server.

· Salary calculations are estimates based on the information you enter.
