About this app

This app is for Born in Bradford research participants. Participants taking part in the Virtual Interactions, Built Environment and Emotions (VIBE) study, in partnership with BiB:Age of Wonder should download this app to take part in research.

Through the BiB Research app, you can share different types of data anonymously with the VIBE and BiB: Age of Wonder teams. You will be able to fill in short surveys, and you’ll be asked whether you are happy to share other information collected by your mobile phone and smartwatch. It is up to you to decide how much of your information you are happy to share through the app.

Taking part is voluntary and you can drop out or delete your data at any time without giving a reason. You can find more details about the information collected through this app, how your information is anonymised and stored, and how to withdraw from the study in VIBE information sheets on the BiB: Age of Wonder website.

Only participants consenting to the VIBE study can use this app. Once your parent or carer guardian has given their consent for you to take part, you will be sent details of how to log in.
