Very long Time Avid/Pro Tools user & customer. I'm paying for Dolby Atmos subscription plan and have tried for weeks to submit one of my tracks. Avid Play keeps crashing and giving errors. I've contacted several people from support, sent screenshots, but nobody can give me a straight answer of what to do. It's been over a month and I need to get this track released???

It's awful. I used AvidPlay music distribution. I had one year experience of using this system... Uncountable amount of problems have happened. It's almost impossible to get to adequate support. Now my subscription is ended and I got the lost straw. All my tracks will be deleted from all outlets if I don't buy a new subscription. It's crazy...

Avid created Sibelius, a cornerstone of modern sheet music creation. But there was a problem. They had now made musicians' lives too easy. Where was the pain? The misery?
