About this app

AvidBit Mobile brings your company's AvidBit phone system to your phone. It's for businesses that use AvidBit: sign in with the account your company set up for you.
CALLS
• Make and take calls on your AvidBit extension over Wi-Fi or mobile data
• Hold, transfer, park, and pick up parked calls
• See who's calling, with details from your company's CRM
• Move a call to your cell, or answer on your cell
TEXTS AND CONVERSATIONS
• Text and send pictures from your company numbers, including group texts
• Every call, text, voicemail and note with a person in one conversation
• Search your history, even offline
TEAM
• Company channels, and see who's available or on a call
• Notes with @mentions, in sync with the AvidBit web app
AI (with AvidBit AI)
• Call summaries, scorecards and sentiment
• Ask AI about any conversation, then save the answer as a note or use it in a reply
• Live transcripts of colleagues' calls (with permission)
• AI answers in company channels

What’s new

Sign-in, conversations, calls and colleagues now come from AvidBit's new platform. While the app is open, new texts and calls show at once, and it catches up after being offline. Active calls shows a call already in progress. Call screens show every integration's record, also while ringing. Group names list their people. Withheld numbers are one "No caller ID" conversation. If calls over data aren't set up, Settings and the Call tab say so.
