The CARE4 app is a smart, mobile tool with which you, as an (ambulatory) care provider, always have quick and simple access to information that is relevant to you.
With the CARE4 app you not only work smarter and more efficiently, but the quality and speed of reporting and registration also increases.
Whether it concerns insight into your agenda, voice reporting, pre-filled registrations or navigating to clients, everything is provided.

In short, an indispensable tool for the modern practitioner in combination with the CARE4 ECD.

Below is a brief summary of the functionality within the app:
Simple (biometric) login using FaceID, fingerprint or a PIN of your choice. All this, of course, according to the strictest safety standards.
Full agenda view appropriate to the context in which you find yourself as a healthcare professional at that moment.
Schedule new appointments and follow-up appointments with the client, relatives or colleagues.
Direct access to reporting functionality with the option of voice reporting. Simply speak and everything is automatically converted to text and stored in CARE4.
Register your appointments quickly and easily anywhere. The app fills in all relevant information for you that only needs to be checked and completed.
Navigate directly from the agenda to the appointment location with 1 push of a button.
Switch quickly with colleagues and clients in the handy overview of appointments and invitations to be confirmed.
