It is unfortunate that the app hasn't able to connect to my dimmer switch like it used to. I can't in good conscience give praise to software that doesn't function. Edit: nothing has changed with app update.
The switch doesn't work won't connect to the app. Basically I overpaid for a standard switch. Would not recommend.
After an initial setup issue, my 'Smart Switch' works 1000 times better than all the Wifi based systems I have. Well just spent 2 hours trying to turn my light in in the dark. Worked flawlessly until today and it will no longer connect.
Worked when I first got it, but hasn't worked since. I can't get past the login screen. I don't even have any devices on my network to connect to yet! Tried creating a new account and factory resetting my devices to no avail. Pretty sure the problem is the app. Support offered no answers, tried everything they suggested. It's going in a box and I'm moving on. It's been 6 months since it last worked.
Worked for awhile then stop connecting. Tried resets and to my knowledge; there it's not a way to delete device from profile, if reset does not work. Just does the twice blink. Also, I did finally get a response from them, "pay to send it back to them and they will repair it and send it back?"
I'm just wondering why there is no WiFi connection. I can't control it unless I am connected blue tooth when I should have complete control when I'm not at home.
Bug fixes, and performance improvements.
Use the nearby Bluetooth devices (including BLE Beacon) smartphone preferences based on location (Wi-Fi, ringtones, sliding unlock) it can be changed.
