AVITAR Residential is the official app for residents, owners, and tenants of your residential community.

With AVITAR you can:

• View notices and announcements from management
• Generate and manage access codes for visitors
• Coordinate access to the security gate and security functions according to your role
• Review fees and make maintenance payments (when available)
• Report incidents and track their progress
• Receive important notifications from the residential community
• Manage your profile and contact information

The app is intended for authorized use by residents and staff of the residential community. Access is via email or phone number and password, provided by management.
