Optional App Blocking

Flowtime includes an optional App Blocking feature to help you stay focused during focus sessions.

To provide this feature, Flowtime uses Android's Accessibility Service to:

• Block selected apps during a focus session
• Detect when blocked apps are opened
• Record app unblock attempts for your focus statistics

Flowtime does not use the Accessibility Service to read screen contents, capture text you type, collect personal information, or share Accessibility data with third parties.

The Accessibility Service is optional and is only used when you enable App Blocking.
