About this app

Avyndo Agent is a companion app for devices managed with Avyndo MDM.

Your IT administrator installs Avyndo Agent automatically during device enrollment. It has one job: securely obtain and keep up to date the digital certificates your device needs to connect to your organization's protected resources — corporate Wi-Fi, VPN, and 802.1X networks.

Avyndo Agent works quietly in the background:
• Requests device certificates from your organization's Avyndo MDM server using the industry-standard SCEP protocol.
• Installs them into the device's managed certificate store so work apps and networks can use them.
• Renews and reports certificate status automatically, so connectivity keeps working without manual steps.
• Shows a simple status screen listing the certificates currently installed.

Privacy: Avyndo Agent does not collect personal data. It only exchanges the technical information required to issue and manage device certificates (for example, the device identifier and certificate requests) with the Avyndo MDM server operated by your own organization.

This app is only useful on devices enrolled in Avyndo MDM. Installed and configured by your IT administrator — there is nothing for end users to set up.
