Update: the issue came back. I can't keep doing this on a regular basis. uninstalling the app now. ...with the location to alert me about, same county in different State. No problem correcting that and it's functioned as intended ever since. I have set it for alerts in my county so tracking me isn't necessary. I have 4 more areas I can set if I am traveling. For specific evacuation routes, then I might need tracking functionality, and I'll deal with it when and if the time comes.

I'm about to uninstall this app. It sends me multiple useless and unwanted notifications every day telling me that it's running in the background and that it's tracking me. I have it set to critical notifications only, and I only want to be notified in the event of an emergency. I have sent this feedback twice through the app without receiving a response.

Extremely useful app. We've had two major wildfires that came within single digit miles of our house. This App notified me as soon as there was an evac level change to my zone, which is highly appreciated as the only other way we were notified was by social media or driving to the nearest store. Map and road info is accurate to my county and state. Contacted support about a slight issue with zone info, provided them all the useful info I could. I received a direct response and reason same day!
