For a paid app, this should, at least, display the same information as the free desktop site. The grades area provides little detail, especially as compared to the old app that was replaced. If there is functionality/data the school hasnt subscribed to or added, then just don't display the tile in the UI. Instead, it just spins and spins when selected. Cannot see grade details/weighting, cannot see behavior, attendance, and much more.

HORRIBLE! This app hasn't worked properly since day one on my Samsung Galaxy S21. Currently, I'm trying to get into the app and I'm getting a message that it needs an update. When I go in to perform an update, there isn't any update available. 😠 I constantly get error messages and can't open all the categories I'm supposed to be able to open. Renweb was so much better, much more reliable and much easier to navigate. SO FRUSTRATING! I hope the developers work to fix the issues.

I have an Android phone and I've used the old Renweb app for years which worked perfectly, however the new FACTS Family app has never worked or even opened for me. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and it only goes to the home screen where it stalls. I reached out to customer service on 6/30/22 and they said they would look into it however it's been 2 weeks and there is still no resolution and the app is still unusable.
