myTbaytel allows you to:
• View, download and pay all your Tbaytel bills
• Set bill and payment reminders directly from the app
• View your Tbaytel mobility data usage
• View your Tbaytel mobility roaming usage
• View your Tbaytel service package and features
• Locate the nearest Authorized Tbaytel dealer

Please note, business accounts are not able to register using the myTbaytel app at this time.
The myTbaytel app supports Android 4.4 and above. If you are using an older version of Android, please visit Tbaytel.net/myTbaytel from your mobile browser to manage your account information.
myTbaytel requests the following permissions from your device:
• Calendar – to set billing reminders
• Microphone - To allow voice commands within the app
• Phone – To launch the phone application to dial numbers listed in the app
• Storage – To save pdf copies of your Tbaytel bills
• Location – To use your location to locate the nearest dealer, and deliver geotargeted push notifications or advertising banners.

Ratings and reviews

Their app is as useless as their rural internet service. Does not work. Enter my password and it tells me it's wrong. Reset my password, enter what it was changed to and get told its wrong again. Attempt to change it again to try and login and I get told they're "experiencing an error completing your request. Try again later." It's now been 2 weeks of trying again later and still won't work.

It does not display data usage accurately even when you give it a lot of time to catch. Aside from costing me more money by going over my intended data usage, this app also crashes a lot. I highly advise not to rely on this app if you have Tbaytel's mobile hub. Better off staying away from their mobile hub service, period.

They will rip you off. Do NOT get a phone from this company, especially if you need services in the USA or you travel. Just get a phone from Cricket in the USA. It's about $175 for the new phone itself and the entire service is no contract & nationwide coverage around 50 bucks a month for the better plan and it also works in Mexico. Everything is a rip off in Canada and this company will leave you stranded with no service in the USA while trying to charge you 8 dollars a day for a "travel pkg".
