About this app
"Loza" is a winemaker's cellar book on your phone. Are you making wine from your own grapes, berries, or apples? The app will calculate sugar and water, create a daily plan, remind you to skim the wine, and help you get your batch ready for bottling.
RECIPES WITH DAILY PLANNING
• 36 recipes: Isabella, Lydia, Saperavi, Muscat, apple, cherry, chokeberry, currant, sea buckthorn, mead, cider, dandelion, and more
• Ingredients are recalculated for the required volume—from 3 to 60 liters
• Each step has a day and a clear explanation
SUPERVISED BATCHES
• Your own wine from 32 types of raw materials: sugar content, acidity, and juice yield are already in the reference book
• Batch plan: fractional addition of sugar, pressing of pulp, skimming, clarification, aging, bottling
• Reminders for every step
• Measurement log: sugar or density, temperature, acidity, pH—and fermentation graph
• Estimate the current strength based on measurements
WATER SEAL PULSE
