horrible app. the live chat only works for very specific issues... and can't help with anything else... not user friendly at all. they send emails saying your funds have been forfeited..and when you try and reach out for help via the live chat, to figure what is going on, you can't even get a real person on the other end. it's just some automated response system that can't help with many issues..

This app used to be very good. Now you have to verify your location multiple times. The app is slow to load bets and to keep the correct scores. Now the withdrawal process is slow, up to 5 days. I used to recommend this app to all my friends, but I'm going to use another app that will give me my MONEY asap when I win. I have over $100 they are holding, claiming it's the bank. I've never had this happen before and now I'm in a bind. Thanks a lot William Hill.

Bet organization and graphics are better. Everything else is much worse... slow clunky sign in, bet slip takes forever to load, constant location based errors. When you click buttons, nothing happens... then something happens... then you wait... looks like nothing happened again... then as you are about to press the button again... something happens. Do this 3 or 4 times every time you place a bet. Enjoy.
